Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all paid subscriptions purchased on Tools Factory (https://toolsfactory.online), including Pro and Premium plans.
1. Nature of service
We sell digital subscriptions that unlock premium features on our online tools platform. There is no physical product. Access is activated automatically after successful payment verification (via Razorpay, UPI, or other enabled gateways).
2. Cancellation
- Subscriptions are prepaid for the selected billing period (monthly or yearly).
- You may stop future renewals by not making another payment. We do not store card details on our servers when you pay through Razorpay.
- Cancel anytime by email at admin@toolsfactory.online. Your current paid period remains active until the expiry date shown in your dashboard.
- We do not charge recurring auto-debit unless you explicitly choose a recurring payment method offered by the gateway.
3. Refund eligibility
Because our service is delivered instantly upon payment, refunds are generally not provided once the plan has been activated, except in these cases:
- Duplicate payment for the same billing period (full duplicate amount refunded).
- Technical failure where payment was captured but plan was not activated within 48 hours despite proof of payment.
- Unauthorized transaction reported within 7 days with valid bank/gateway reference.
4. Refund process
To request a refund, email admin@toolsfactory.online with:
- Registered account email
- Payment date and amount
- Transaction / UTR / Razorpay payment ID
- Reason for the request
Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method, subject to bank and Razorpay processing times.
5. Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. We will investigate and respond with payment and activation logs. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account suspension.
