Tools Factory provides 100% digital services. We do not sell or ship physical goods. No shipping address is required at checkout.

How delivery works

1. You select a Pro or Premium plan and complete payment (UPI, cards, net banking via Razorpay, or other enabled methods).
2. Upon successful payment verification, your account is upgraded instantly (usually within seconds).
3. You receive in-app notification and can access premium features immediately from your dashboard.
4. Subscription validity and expiry date are visible under Subscription in your account.

Delivery timeline

• Instant activation: Razorpay, Auto UPI, and other automated gateways — typically under 1 minute.
• Manual verification: Bank transfer / manual UPI — within 24 hours on business days after admin verification.

Service availability

Our tools are accessible 24×7 via web browser. Occasional maintenance may cause brief downtime; we aim to notify users in advance when possible.
