  • Pro / Premium (Paid): Higher or unlimited usage, premium features, higher export quality, priority support.

4. Delivery policy (digital)

After successful payment verification, the Pro/Premium plan is activated on the customer account instantly (or after manual verification for certain UPI methods). No courier or physical delivery is involved.

Digital subscriptions are generally non-refundable once activated, with limited exceptions as described in our policy.

8. Payment partners

We may process payments through Razorpay, UPI (including Paytm merchant verification for Auto UPI), and other configured gateways. Card/UPI/netbanking availability depends on the enabled gateway.
